Dubai’s upcoming super-luxurious resort, Atlantis The Royal, has just announced that it will begin taking guest reservations today from guests eager to enjoy their own slice of ultra-opulence in the City of Gold, with stays available starting in 2023.
At the same time, it also released first-look images of what is sure to become a striking structural addition to the illustrious emirate’s urban skyline. The photographs offer a glimpse of the ultra-chic resort’s ambitious scale and overall grandeur, as Atlantis The Royal aims to reshape ultra-luxury travel itself. Guests who stay here will enjoy an experience unlike any other, with stays uniquely tailored to satisfy their every desire.
With 795 guest accommodations spanning 43 stories, Atlantis The Royal will offer matchless views over nearby Palm Island and the Arabian Sea. A sophisticated shared infinity pool on the 22nd floor adjoining a world-class club that feels like it’s floating among the clouds will likewise provide stunning views over Palm Island and the glittering Dubai skyline.
Created by some of the world’s foremost designers, architects and artists, the forthcoming Dubai destination resort will boast exceptional, elegant craftsmanship in every detail, including artwork masterpieces, top-tier entertainment offerings and the epitome of guest service, designed to set a new standard of excellence in hospitality. Plus, a superlative collection of 17 restaurants and bars; with several dining concepts contributed by such celebrity chefs as Gaston Acurio, Ariana Bundy, Costas Spiliadis, Heston Blumenthal and Jose Andres.
Architecturally reminiscent of a cloud cluster, the resort is comprised of six towers that are tied together by a 90-meter-long (295-foot) Skypool on the 22nd floor, which forms part of an elevated outdoor entertainment complex called Cloud 22. The venue, which, Atlantis The Royal considers the jewel in its crown, includes VIP cabanas with private plunge pools, a swim-up bar and an eye-catching DJ booth, which the resort hopes will make this the city’s new must-see entertainment and nightlife destination.
— 44 of the resort’s luxury Suites and Signature Penthouses feature their own private infinity pools, situating guests to feel as though they’re swimming among the clouds.
— All guests staying in Suites or Signature Penthouses will enjoy elite butler service, which will redefine the standard of luxury service, catering to guests’ unique needs and desires.
— Butlers can perform such personalized services as unpacking luggage, offering a special pillow selection, clothes pressing, a private resort orientation and setting up exclusive experiences for guests.
— Regardless of room category, all accommodations will incorporate show-stopping, supremely luxurious touches, including a bespoke selection of amenities created exclusively for Atlantis The Royal by eminent luxury brands like Hermès, Frette and Graff.
— All accommodations are also tech-connected, so guests can control their room’s thermostat, lighting, television and other amenities straight from their mobile phones. They’ll also have the ability to set up in-room TVs to access their personalized media selections via today’s most popular streaming services.
“This is it. Our moment is finally here to reveal Atlantis The Royal as the world’s most ultra-luxury entertainment resort. Openings of resorts like this one only come around once or twice in a decade, and we can’t wait to share it with the world,” Tim Kelly, managing director of Atlantis Dubai, said in a statement. “As these new images demonstrate, this is a resort like no other and the building itself will become an instantly recognizable icon of the Dubai skyline. We are excited to begin welcoming guests next year and treat them to an experience they’ll never forget.”
