Six Flags Fiesta Texas Adding New E-Gaming Campus to Theme Park

Six Flags Fiesta Texas announced details about the theme
park’s new ESIX Gaming campus, powered by Coca-Cola.

The state-of-the-art esports competitive gaming facility
combines the newest high-tech equipment and the biggest titles, providing an
unmatched gaming experience.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is also collaborating with the
University of Texas at San Antonio’s registered student organization,
Roadrunner Gaming, to seek event and facility feedback, explore e-sport
competition options and develop internships and student employment
opportunities.

“Six Flags Fiesta Texas remains an industry leader in
innovation, offering the most incredible and technologically advanced thrills,”
Park President Jeffrey Siebert said. “This cutting-edge gaming arena is a first
for the amusement industry, representing our dedication to offering a premium
experience in every aspect of our guests’ visit.”

The ESIX Gaming complex will feature an event stage designed
for 5v5 gaming formats, 50 custom-built gaming PC stations, five next-generation
console stations, a live streaming station and a 52-seat lounge with cell phone
charging stations.

The facility will also offer signature cocktails from a new
bar menu, a retail space to purchase the latest gaming equipment, the
second-floor Coke VIP Lounge and the 1,601-seat Zaragoza Theater for large-scale
tournaments.
