“Dennis brings a wealth of experience and expertise from our theme park destinations to his new role,” said Eric Marshall, Senior Vice President, North American Destination Sales, Universal Destinations & Experiences. “Our amazing hotels are the best way to experience a Universal Orlando vacation, and Dennis will build on that reputation in key areas of the business as we lean into new opportunities and grow the business in priority markets.”

Quinn has spent nearly 25 years with Universal in both Hollywood and at Universal Orlando after starting his career in revenue management with a major airline. Prior to moving to Universal Studios Hollywood, Quinn served as Universal Orlando’s Vice President of Destination Sales, where he led the destination’s U.S. and international offices in the U.K., Brazil, and Mexico. He began his Universal career in Orlando overseeing revenue management and travel industry sales for the destination’s hotels.

“I am thrilled to return to Universal Orlando to be part of an exceptional team of industry professionals as we work together in partnership with Loews Hotels & Co to show why the proximity, simplicity and exclusivity of staying at one of our eight hotels makes a Universal Orlando vacation more relaxing, convenient and immersive,” said Quinn. “I’m also looking forward to engaging with VISIT FLORIDA, Visit Orlando and Experience Kissimmee on our mutually shared priority to promote Central Florida as the most desirable destination for leisure and group business.”

Quinn officially begins in his new role as of May 1, 2023.
